1. About Us

• Formuted LLC operates as an independent distributor of TEQOYA SAS and other manufacturers. Formuted LLC is not an agent, employee, or representative of TEQOYA SAS. No statements or actions by Formuted LLC shall bind TEQOYA SAS unless expressly authorized in writing.

• Formuted LLC imports and sells goods directly to consumers in the United States via an online e-commerce platform. Products are shipped from our fulfillment center within the United States.

2. Product Origin and Certification

TEQOYA air purifiers are designed and manufactured in France by TEQOYA SAS.

All TEQOYA products hold CE certification (European Union) and KC certification (South Korea), indicating compliance with applicable safety standards in those regions.

Please note:

• TEQOYA products do not currently hold U.S. certifications including UL, FCC, CARB, or FDA.

• TEQOYA products are not available for shipping to California.

• By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are knowingly buying a product certified under European and Korean standards, not U.S. standards.

• Formuted LLC and TEQOYA SAS make no representation that these certifications meet U.S. regulatory equivalence.

• You agree that Formuted LLC bears no liability for certification differences, regulatory interpretation, or any issues arising from the product's certification status.

• TEQOYA products are designed for general air quality improvement and are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

3. Customer Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By completing your purchase:

• You affirmatively acknowledge that TEQOYA products are manufactured in France and certified under European (CE) and Korean (KC) standards, not U.S. standards.

• You agree to all Terms and Conditions herein.

• You release Formuted LLC and TEQOYA SAS from any liability related to product certification status.

• You understand that your purchase is made at your own discretion and risk after being informed of these facts.

4. Orders and Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

• Payment is due in full at checkout.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory issues.

• Orders are not binding until payment has cleared and confirmation is sent by email.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• TEQOYA products are shipped from our fulfillment center within the United States.

• TEQOYA products cannot be shipped to California addresses.

• Average delivery time is 3–7 business days for standard shipping, depending on location and carrier processing.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is handed to the carrier.

• Customers are responsible for any loss, damage, or delay occurring after the product has been handed to the carrier. We recommend purchasing optional shipping insurance when available to cover any transit risks.

• Delays due to weather or carrier issues are outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

• You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

• To initiate a return, contact sales@coreenlife.com with your order number and reason.

• Returned products must include all original packaging and accessories.

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.

• Formuted LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

7. TEQOYA International Warranty

Warranty Period:

• TEQOYA T200 and T450: Ten (10) years

• TEQOYA E500 and E500 Connected: Five (5) years

• TEQOYA S1 air quality sensor: One (1) year

Coverage:

• Manufacturing or material defects under normal residential use.

• Remedy:

• At TEQOYA's discretion, repair or replacement with a new or refurbished equivalent at no charge.

• Exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, water damage, modification, unauthorized repair, or improper packaging for return.

• How to Claim:

• Email sales@coreenlife.com with order number, model, serial number, and description with photos if possible.

• If requested, ship the unit to TEQOYA's service facility in France. You pay outbound shipping. If the claim is approved, TEQOYA covers the return shipment.

• Notes:

• The manufacturer warranty is provided by TEQOYA SAS and is administered per TEQOYA's general conditions of sale.

• All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by TEQOYA SAS. TEQOYA's decision regarding repair or replacement eligibility shall be final and binding.

• Formuted LLC facilitates communication but is not responsible for repair outcomes, timing, or decisions by the manufacturer.

8. Other Products Sold Here

• Non-TEQOYA items are covered by their manufacturers' warranties. Terms, duration, and service locations vary by brand. Formuted LLC assists with communication but is not responsible for those manufacturers' decisions.

• "TEQOYA" and all associated logos, trademarks, images, and materials are the property of TEQOYA SAS. Use of TEQOYA branding and content on this Site is authorized solely for marketing purposes and does not imply ownership or partnership. Formuted LLC may not register or claim any domain, page, or social media account containing the TEQOYA name without prior written authorization from TEQOYA SAS.

9. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions and discount codes have individual rules and validity windows. They cannot be combined or applied retroactively. We may change or withdraw promotions at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

• To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed by Formuted LLC.

• Formuted LLC and TEQOYA SAS are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or health outcomes.

• Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

• Products are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

• Differences in U.S. certification do not create liability for Formuted LLC or TEQOYA SAS, and you have agreed to this risk in Section 2.

• You acknowledge that Formuted LLC is a distributor, not the manufacturer, of TEQOYA products. Formuted LLC does not design, engineer, or manufacture TEQOYA products and has no control over their design or production. Any claims related to product design, manufacturing defects, or product safety should be directed to TEQOYA SAS, the manufacturer.

11. Privacy and Data

• We collect and use personal data only to process orders, ship products, and provide support. We may securely share data with TEQOYA SAS for fulfillment and warranty purposes. We comply with GDPR for EU transfers and applicable U.S. privacy laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, strikes, transportation disruptions, or actions by government authorities.

13. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will appear on this page with the updated date. Continued use or purchases after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

• Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms, your use of this Site, or your purchase of any product shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

• The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

• You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Governing Law and Venue

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Subject to the arbitration provision in Section 14, any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.
